Dieter Schweinlin

Dieter Schweinlin is managing Partner of the Berlin office. He is registered architect
and  member of the chambers of architects in Berlin and Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Born in Müllheim, Baden-Württemberg, he has been studying musicology from 1981-1983.
From 1983 on he studied architecture at Technische Universität Berlin finishing with an
architectural degree in 1991.

1985/1986 he worked as a freelance architect for Architektengruppe F70, Freiburg, 1987-1988
for Brenner & Tonon architects, Berlin, and from 1988-1991 for M.Krebs architects, Berlin.
In 1992 he joined Novotny Mähner Assoziierte where he became associate partner and managing
director of the Berlin office in 1999. From 2004 until 2010 he was managing director of the
Berlin branches of Architektengruppe N+M and ATP N+M architects. Since 2010 he is working
with Studio & Partners.

Dieter Schweinlin was in charge of more than 20 projects built in 9 different federal states
of Germany as a project director. Among them are stilwerk, Berlin, Rocco-Forte-Hotel, Berlin,
Deutsche Bank Unter den Linden, Berlin, Fürst-Leopold-Carrée, Dessau, the embassy and consulate
building of the People's Republic of China, Berlin, European School of Management and Technology,
Berlin, and several office, retail, residential and health care buildings.
